Set this low 4-inch 62 Series rigid under a drum or die cart that rolls through oil and heat, the phenolic caster whose hard wheel shrugs off grease and rolls easy under a heavy load.

A phenolic wheel is hard and resin-bonded, so it carries a heavy load on a small footprint and rolls with low resistance where a softer wheel drags, and it shrugs off the oil, grease, and solvent that swell a rubber or poly tread. It holds up across a wide range, from a freezer at -65°F to an oven at 250°F. The low 5-5/8 mount keeps the deck close, the roller bearing carries the load, and the plate bolts flat. The hard tread marks soft floors and rides stiff.
