About This Caster - BK-POEV 125KA-1
Set this 125mm rigid caster on a fixed corner where a load needs a cushioned, quiet ride rather than a hard tread.
The wheel uses a Blickle EasyRoll elastic solid rubber tyre on a nylon centre, a softer compound than the nylon or polyurethane treads in this series, so it absorbs shock, runs quietly, and is gentler on the floor while still rolling with low resistance. It rides on a ball bearing in a strong pressed-steel BK bracket, and a synthetic thread guard keeps string and film out of the bearing. As a rigid caster it tracks straight as a fixed corner, bolts on a 100 by 85mm top plate, and works from -4 to 176°F. The cushioned tyre suits delicate loads and uneven floors better than a hard wheel.
