About This Caster - BK-POTH 125KA-1
Set this 125mm rigid caster on a fixed corner where the load is heavy and the floor needs protecting.
The wheel has a thermoplastic polyurethane tread on a heavy-duty nylon centre, a tough grey compound that resists abrasion and tearing, rolls with low resistance, and is kinder to the floor than a bare nylon tread while still carrying a hard-working load. It runs on a ball bearing in a strong pressed-steel BK bracket with a synthetic thread guard against string and film. As a rigid caster it holds a straight line as a fixed corner and bolts on a 100 by 85mm top plate. One thing to note: the polyurethane tread is rated to 158°F, lower than the nylon and rubber wheels in this series, so keep it out of higher-heat areas.

For a higher temperature ceiling, the nylon BK-POW 125KF-1 holds to 176°F.
