About This Caster - BK-POW 125KF-1
Set this 125mm rigid caster on a fixed corner where a heavier cart has to clear thresholds and still run quietly on a smooth floor.
The wheel is hard Blickle nylon 6 with a rubber damping ring, so it rolls with the low resistance and load capacity of nylon while the ring softens the noise and shock the bare material would pass into the cart. At 125mm it clears thresholds and seams that the 100mm version catches, which suits a taller or more heavily loaded cart. It runs on a ball bearing in a strong pressed-steel BK bracket with a synthetic thread guard against string and film, holds a straight line as a fixed corner, bolts on a 100 by 85mm top plate, and works from -4 to 176°F.

- Damping-ring wheel on a fixed 100x85mm plate at mount height 155mm
- Thread-guarded ball-bearing caster for a taller line cart
