About This Wheel - POTH 125/8KA
Order this 125mm wheel when a frequently moved cart rides the smallest 8mm axle and runs floors where fibres would foul a bare bearing.
The 8mm bore is the smallest spindle in the POTH range, so confirm the axle before ordering. A synthetic thread guard keeps carpet thread out of the ball bearing, the ball bearing keeps the loaded wheel rolling light, and the 125mm diameter rolls over seams. The tread is Blickle's thermoplastic polyurethane at 94 Shore A on a nylon 6 centre, firm and low in rolling resistance, non-marking grey and holding from -4 to 158°F.
Ideal applications
- 125mm wheels on the smallest 8mm axle over fibre floors
- Thread guard keeping carpet thread out of the bearing
- Wide firm tread on a frequent-move cart with a light spindle
On a 10mm axle, the POTH 125/10KA carries the same guarded wheel on a slightly heavier spindle.
