A lab cart shares a room with people and instruments, so a quiet roll matters, the Delrin bearing turns dry with no grease to attract grit and no squeal, the Performa rubber tread rolls soft so glassware on the deck does not chatter, the expanding stem grips the round leg with no exposed hardware, and the top lock brake parks the cart at a bench.
