About This Caster - 2.03253.445 BRK5
Specify this 3.5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the ball bearing, total lock brake, and pipe-thread stem for a threaded-pipe-frame piece that must stay exactly where you set it, the stem that screws onto 3/4-inch NPT and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
A top-lock brake stops only the wheel, but the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel together, so a pipe-frame fixture neither rolls nor turns when you step on it, the ball bearing rolls the load easy while you move, the stem threads onto 3/4-inch NPT without an adapter, and the Performa rubber tread stays soft and non-marking. Confirm your leg is 3/4-inch NPT before you order. It is the fully-locking pipe-thread rubber swivel for a threaded-pipe fixture that must hold its spot.
