Specify this 3.5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the total lock brake for the parking corner of a stem-mounted cart that has to stay dead-still, where one pedal freezes both the wheel and the swivel so a loaded cart cannot roll or pivot.
The total lock brake is the reason to pick this one: it locks the wheel and the swivel together in a single pedal, so equipment set at a station will not creep or spin away the way a wheel-only brake allows.
