This shares the firm HI-TECH polyurethane tread of the ball-bearing version, carrying a load above rubber without flat-spotting and leaving no mark, but it rides on a Delrin plain bearing instead. Delrin takes no lubrication and cannot corrode, so it suits a cart that gets hosed down or one that rolls only now and then, where a greased ball bearing would wash out or sit idle. The top plate bolts to a flat frame. It is the maintenance-free load caster for intermittent or wet-area duty.
