The 4-3/8 by 3-3/4 inch plate spreads a big load over the most steel, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so the heavy cart neither rolls nor turns once parked, the ball bearing rolls it easy while you move, and the 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears thresholds. Confirm your frame is drilled for the 4-3/8 by 3-3/4 inch pattern before you order. It is the widest-plate fully-locking big-wheel rubber swivel for the heaviest flat-framed cart that must hold its spot.
