Specify this 5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing, top lock brake, and pipe-thread stem for a threaded-pipe-frame cart that parks at a station, the stem that screws onto 3/4-inch NPT and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
A pipe-frame leg ends in a pipe thread, not a tapped machine hole, so this stem threads onto 3/4-inch NPT and seats without an adapter, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bench, the tall 5-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears the biggest thresholds, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry. Confirm your leg is 3/4-inch NPT before you order. It is the braked pipe-thread tall-wheel rubber swivel for a threaded-pipe-frame cart that parks often.
