About This Caster - 2.05256.441
Put this 5-inch Performa rubber swivel under an institutional cart that has to roll quiet and leave no mark, where a hard wheel would clatter down a corridor and scuff a finished floor.
The wheel is Colson Performa rubber on a polyolefin core, the soft Grey tread that runs near-silent and protects sealed tile and vinyl, which is why the 2 Series is the institutional standard in hospitals, schools, and food service. The Delrin plain bearing rolls maintenance-free and cannot rust in a wet area or seize from grit. The top plate bolts to a flat frame, and the 5-inch diameter clears thresholds. It is the quiet, floor-friendly choice for carts that share space with people.
