Use this 4-inch Defender D4 swivel on the front of a quiet cart that needs a stable, planted footprint while it steers.
The swivel head guides the cart around corners, with a 3.375-inch swivel radius to allow, and the grey flat-tread Performa rubber wheel keeps the ride quiet and the floor unmarked while putting more rubber down for steadier rolling. The flat profile trades a little swivel ease for stability compared with a round tread, so it suits carts that benefit from a planted feel. The stainless steel frame handles corrosive, sprayed-down rooms, and the pedestal precision ball bearing keeps both wheel and swivel turning smoothly on frequent trips. Soft rubber keeps the load class modest. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
