Choose this 5-inch Defender D4 rigid when a budget wash-down cart rolls often and at a fair clip with modest loads.
The polyolefin wheel is an economical hard plastic that resists chemicals and moisture and wipes clean for sanitary areas, and the pedestal precision ball bearing keeps it rolling smoothly on faster, frequent trips and tow lines. At 5 inches it clears thresholds more easily than a smaller wheel, on a stainless steel frame for corrosive bays. Polyolefin is a value tread that carries less than a poly-on-core wheel and, being hard, can mark a soft floor and gives no cushioning. Rigid means it tracks straight at the rear. It serves from -45 to 180°F, the low-cost choice for clean, frequently moved carts.
