Pick this 5-inch Defender D4 swivel with a top lock brake when a budget wash-down cart must steer, then park with a quick top-set brake.
The swivel head steers the cart, with a 5.125-inch radius to allow for the brake assembly, and the top lock brake sets quickly from above to hold the cart in place. The economical polyolefin wheel resists chemicals and moisture without absorbing water, and the Delrin plain bearing runs grease-free and corrosion-proof for sprayed-down rooms. The stainless steel frame handles corrosion. Polyolefin is a value tread that carries less than a poly-on-core wheel and, being hard, can mark a soft floor. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
