About This Caster - D4.05109.925 SS
Choose this 5-inch Defender D4 swivel when a wash-down cart steers on faster routes and needs to protect the floor while carrying more than rubber.
The swivel head guides the cart through tight spaces, with a 4.125-inch swivel radius to allow, and the pedestal precision ball bearing keeps both wheel and swivel turning smoothly on faster, frequent trips. The HI-TECH polyurethane wheel is a non-marking tread that takes more load than soft rubber, resists abrasion, and will not flat-spot when parked, staying gentle on finished floors, on a stainless steel frame for corrosion. At 5 inches it eases over thresholds better than a smaller wheel. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
