Pick this 3-1/2-inch A-Line rigid when a 3-inch rear sits low and a 4-inch rides tall, the in-between fixed TPR caster on a compact plate that matches the deck height of a 3-1/2-inch front swivel.
Matching the rear height to the front swivel keeps a cart level, so a rig built on 3-1/2-inch swivels gets a rigid that sits true instead of nose-up or tail-down, and the small 2-5/8 x 3-3/4 plate fits a narrow frame. The fixed fork tracks the cart straight, the precision ball bearing rolls easy, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a finished floor.
