Specify this 3-1/2-inch A-Line swivel for a photo or print cart that must hold square, the plate-mount TPR caster whose compact plate steers from a flat deck and whose total lock freezes the wheel and the swivel.
The small P1 plate bolts to a narrow cart for a steering swivel, and the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head so a print or finishing cart stays square to a table during a job. The 3-1/2-inch diameter clears a thicker threshold than a 3-inch, the precision ball bearing turns smooth between moves, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a finished floor.
