Choose this 3-1/2-inch A-Line swivel when a 3-inch sits too low and a 4-inch rides too tall, the in-between grip-ring TPR caster that dials in the deck height a 3-inch cannot and presses into a round tube socket.

The 3-1/2-inch diameter splits the difference: it lifts a cart just enough to clear a thicker sill than a 3-inch handles while keeping the deck lower than a 4-inch, and the 7/16 grip-ring stem push-fits into a round leg with no thread. The precision ball bearing keeps the turn smooth, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core rolls soft and quiet on a finished floor and leaves no marks.
