Pick this 4-inch A-Line swivel when the leg insert is shallow, the short threaded-stem TPR caster whose 1/2-13 x 1 stem seats fully in a one-inch tapped hole where a longer stem would bottom out.
The short 1-inch thread is the detail: it seats flush in a shallow insert or a thin leg so the caster sits square instead of standing proud, and the precision ball bearing keeps a mid-size utility cart turning easy. The 4-inch diameter clears a cord or sill while keeping the deck low, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core rolls soft and quiet on a finished floor and leaves no marks.
