Match this 4-inch A-Line swivel to a deep tapped leg, the long threaded-stem TPR caster whose 1/2-13 x 1-1/2 stem bites a full inch and a half for the most thread engagement on a mid-size cart.
The longer 1-1/2-inch thread is the call when a leg is tapped deep or the cart sees side load, since more engaged thread resists working loose, and the precision ball bearing keeps the swivel smooth. The 4-inch diameter clears a sill while keeping the deck low, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core rolls soft and quiet on a finished floor and leaves no marks.

Skip the TPR wheel if the cart runs over its rubber load class or near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron E-line caster takes that duty where rubber softens.
