About This Caster - AS30H1POD

Put this 3-inch swivel under a tube-frame institutional cart that works a damp or wash-adjacent room, where the wheel has to take moisture and the center bolt drops into the existing rig.

The Pemco A-Line POD wheel is polyolefin on a polypropylene core, a hard black tread that will not absorb water or rust, so it keeps rolling in damp and wash-adjacent rooms a metal-core wheel corrodes in, and it stays low on price. It mounts on a 1/2-inch hollow kingpin, a single bolt through the center that drops into a tube-frame or institutional cart, and the Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free with no grease. The tread holds to 180°F, and the ride is firmer than urethane.
