About This Caster - AS35G1POD

Put this 3.5-inch swivel under a tube-leg rack in a damp or wash-adjacent area, where a taller wheel rolls easier over thresholds and the POD tread shrugs off water.

The Pemco A-Line POD wheel is polyolefin on a polypropylene core, a hard black tread that will not absorb water or rust, so it keeps rolling through damp and wash-adjacent work a metal-core wheel corrodes in. At 3.5 inches the wheel clears small thresholds a 3-inch wheel hangs on, the 7/16-inch grip-ring stem snaps into a tube-leg socket for a fast swap, and the Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free. The tread holds to 180°F, and the ride is firmer than urethane.
