Put this 3.5-inch swivel under a wash-bay tube-leg rack that stops at each stall, where a taller wheel rolls over thresholds, the POD tread takes a hosing, and a side brake holds it.

This A-Line POD from Pemco is a polyolefin tread on a polypropylene core, a hard black wheel that shrugs off water and detergent without swelling or rusting, so it suits wash bays a metal-core wheel would corrode in. A side-mounted foot brake locks the wheel with a tap so the rack holds at a stall while the swivel still turns, the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears small thresholds, and the 7/16-inch grip-ring stem snaps into a tube-leg socket. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free, and the tread holds to 180°F.
