About This Caster - AS35T2PODTL

Put this 3.5-inch swivel under a wash-down stand with a deep threaded boss that has to sit dead-still, where a longer stem holds the frame, the POD wheel takes the water, and a total lock pins it down.

The Pemco A-Line POD wheel is polyolefin on a polypropylene core, a hard black tread that will not soak up water or rust through repeated hosing. The total-lock brake pins the wheel and the swivel together, so the stand sits still on a damp floor and will not creep, the longer 1/2-13 by 1-1/2 inch threaded stem grabs a deep boss, and the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears wet thresholds when it moves. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free, and the tread holds to 180°F.
