About This Caster - AS50P1PODSB

Spec this 5-inch A-Line swivel for a four-bolt frame in a wet bay that has to stop rolling on a grade.

The 2-5/8 by 3-3/4-inch top plate bolts the caster to a flat deck, and the side brake adds a foot lever that presses a shoe onto the tread to stop the wheel rolling while the swivel still turns, holding a parked cart on a slope. The wheel is chemical-proof black polyolefin on a rust-free Delrin bearing, suited to a wash-down or food-area cart that mounts on a plate. The A-Line is rated to 350 pounds per caster from -45 to 180°F.
