About This Caster - AS50P2PODSB

Spec this 5-inch A-Line swivel for a wider-plate frame in a wet bay that has to stop rolling on a grade.

The 3-1/8 by 4-1/8-inch top plate spreads its four bolts wide to match a bigger frame, and the side brake adds a foot lever that presses a shoe onto the tread to stop the wheel rolling while the swivel keeps turning, holding a parked cart on a slope. The wheel is chemical-proof black polyolefin on a rust-free Delrin bearing, suited to a wash-down or food-area cart built on the wider bolt pattern. The A-Line is rated to 350 pounds per caster from -45 to 180°F.
