About This Caster - AS50T2PODSB
Spec this 5-inch A-Line swivel for a thick-frame cart in a wet bay that has to stop rolling on a grade.
The 1-1/2-inch threaded stem reaches through a thicker member or takes a lock nut each side, and the side brake adds a foot lever that presses a shoe onto the tread to stop the wheel rolling while the swivel keeps turning, enough to hold a parked cart on a slope. The wheel is chemical-proof black polyolefin on a rust-free Delrin bearing, suited to a wash-down or food-area frame that bolts in by its longer stem. The A-Line is rated to 350 pounds per caster from -45 to 180°F.

- Double-nutted racks that thread in and park on a slope
