Set this 4-inch phenolic rigid on the back corners of a hand-pushed cart on an oily floor, where a precision ball bearing keeps the push light under a load the cart carries all shift.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint and shrugs off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. What sets this version apart is the precision ball bearing, which cuts the starting and rolling effort so a loaded cart moves under hand power instead of a shoulder. The rigid fork holds the line, the low 4-inch deck stays close to the floor, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
