Set this 6-inch phenolic rigid on the back corners of a heavy hand-pushed cart, where a tall wheel clears debris and a precision ball bearing keeps a loaded cart moving by hand.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint and shrugs off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The precision ball bearing cuts the starting and rolling effort, so a loaded cart moves under hand power, and the tall 6-inch wheel rolls over seams and debris. The rigid fork holds the line, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
