About This Caster - ER6X2PHN
Set this 6-inch phenolic rigid on the back corners of a heavy cart that crosses a rough hot floor, where a tall wheel rolls over debris and the resin shrugs off oil and heat.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint and rolls with low resistance, and it shrugs off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F for an oven or foundry-adjacent line. At 6 inches the wheel rolls over floor seams and debris that stop a shorter wheel, the rigid fork holds the line, and the roller bearing carries the weight on a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.

Not for a finished floor; the hard wheel marks soft finish, so a poly-on-iron ER6X2MOP keeps the roll non-marking.
