About This Caster - ES6X2PHN
Set this 6-inch phenolic swivel on the steering corners of a heavy cart that crosses a rough hot floor and has to steer, where a tall wheel rolls over debris and the resin shrugs off oil and heat.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint, rolls with low resistance, and shrugs off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F for an oven or foundry-adjacent line. At 6 inches the wheel rolls over seams and debris that stop a shorter wheel, the swivel turns on a roller bearing so the cart steers by hand, and the black phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
