About This Caster - ET6X2PHN
Set this 6-inch total-lock phenolic swivel on the corners of a heavy oven-line cart that crosses rough floor and then parks dead-still on a ramp, where a half-lock that creeps would send the cart drifting.
The total lock pins the wheel and the swivel together in one pedal, so the loaded cart cannot roll or pivot around a planted wheel on a slope. The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco, shrugging off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The roller bearing carries the weight, the tall 6-inch wheel rolls over seams and debris between moves, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.

- Heavy oven-line carts parked dead-still on a ramp
- Total lock pinning a 6-inch phenolic swivel on a slope
- Roller bearing under a tall parked phenolic wheel
Where you want the wheel stopped but the cart still able to pivot, a tread-lock ES6X2PHNTBK brakes the tread only.
Pairs with: plain ES6X2PHN swivels on the corners that only roll, these total-lock units opposite.
