Set this 5-inch total-lock phenolic swivel on the corners of a medium-duty oily-floor cart that has to park dead-still, where a taller wheel steers easier and the total lock pins the cart.
The total lock pins the wheel and the swivel together in one pedal, so the loaded cart cannot roll or pivot once it is set. The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco, shrugging off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The roller bearing carries the weight, the taller 5-inch wheel steers easier over seams between moves, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.

- Total lock pinning a 5-inch phenolic swivel against drift
- Roller bearing under a taller parked phenolic wheel
If you only need a wheel brake and still want to pivot, a tread-lock ES5X2PHNTBK stops the tread without locking the swivel.
