About This Caster - ES5X2PHN
Set this 5-inch phenolic swivel on the steering corners of a medium-duty tow cart on an oily floor, where a taller wheel steers easier over seams and the resin shrugs off the grease.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint, rolls with low resistance, and shrugs off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. At 5 inches the wheel steers easier over seams than a 4-inch, the swivel turns on a roller bearing so the cart steers by hand, and the black phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.

On a finished floor the phenolic tread marks; a poly-on-iron ER5X2MOP rolls non-marking under the same load.
