Set this 6-inch phenolic rigid on the back corners of a heavy hand-pushed cart that crosses a rough floor and then has to hold, where a ball bearing keeps the push light and the brake locks the corner.

The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint and shrugs off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The precision ball bearing cuts the push effort so a loaded cart moves by hand, the tall 6-inch wheel clears seams and debris, and the tread-lock brake presses on the wheel to hold the cart still. The rigid fork holds the line, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
