About This Caster - ER5X2PHNBTBK
Bolt this 5-inch braked phenolic rigid to the back of a heavy shop cart that has to track straight on an oily warm floor and then be held still, the fixed corner that carries load and locks at the same time.
As a rigid it tracks true while the front swivels steer, and the tread-lock brake clamps the wheel so the loaded cart holds where it is set. The hard molded phenolic wheel carries a high load to 250°F and shrugs off oil and grease, and the precision ball bearing keeps it rolling under the load. It is the braked back-corner partner for a phenolic shop-cart build.
