Set this 5-inch phenolic rigid on the back corners of a hand-pushed medium-duty cart, where a precision ball bearing keeps a loaded cart moving by hand over an oily floor all shift.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint and shrugs off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The precision ball bearing cuts the starting and rolling effort, so a loaded cart moves under hand power instead of a shoulder, and at 5 inches the wheel rolls easier over seams. The rigid fork holds the line, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
