About This Caster - ER5X2TPR
Match this 5-inch E-line rigid to the back corners of a loaded straight-haul cart, the fixed TPR caster whose roller bearing carries the dead weight while the taller wheel rolls the long run.
A rigid caster tracks straight, so two of these anchor the rear of a haul cart while front swivels steer, and the roller bearing carries the most dead weight of the E-line bores at a walk. The 5-inch diameter rolls a heavy cart over a longer run and a thicker seam than a 4-inch, the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.

- Heavy rears that roll a long run on a roller bore
- Thicker seams a 5-inch rear clears
Skip the TPR wheel if the load runs near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron E-line caster takes the load where rubber flattens.
