Set this 6-inch E-line rigid on the back corners of a big tow cart that crosses floor seams, the fixed TPR caster whose precision ball bearing keeps the tall rear rolling cool while the big wheel bridges the breaks.
A rigid caster tracks straight, the precision ball bearing runs cool and true through a long pull, and the 6-inch diameter bridges dock plates and floor seams that jolt a smaller rear. The 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a plant floor.
Ideal applications
- Back corners of big tow carts crossing floor seams
- Cool true roll over dock plates and breaks
- Tall rears that bridge what jolts a smaller wheel
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron wheel rolls it cooler where soft rubber softens.
