About This Caster - ER6X2TPRD
Set this 6-inch E-line rigid on the back corners of a big wash-area haul cart, the fixed TPR caster whose Delrin bore needs no grease while the big wheel bridges wet-floor drains.
A rigid caster tracks straight, so two of these anchor the rear of a haul cart while front swivels steer, and the Delrin bearing has no grease to rinse out and no race to corrode in a wash-down area. The 6-inch diameter bridges drains and seams that stop a smaller rear, the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a sealed wet floor.
Ideal applications
- Back corners of big wash-area haul carts
- Greaseless big rears that bridge wet-floor drains
- Straight tracking over seams that stop a smaller wheel
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron E-line caster stands up where soft rubber gives.
