About This Caster - ES6X2TPRD
Set this 6-inch E-line swivel on the front of a big wash-area cart that never sees a grease gun, the wide-tread TPR caster whose Delrin bore steers maintenance-free while the big wheel clears wet-floor drains.
The swivel steers the cart, and the Delrin plain bearing is sealed-quiet and rust-proof, so a big wash cart keeps swiveling where a packed ball bearing would seize. The 6-inch diameter bridges drains and seams that stop a smaller front, the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a sealed wet floor.

Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron caster keeps firm where soft rubber sets.
