About This Caster - ES6X2TPRB
Set this 6-inch E-line swivel on the front of a big tow cart that crosses floor seams, the wide-tread TPR caster whose precision ball bearing keeps the tall swivel rolling cool while the big wheel steers over the breaks.
The swivel steers the cart, the precision ball bearing runs cool and true through a long pull, and the 6-inch diameter bridges dock plates and floor seams that jolt a smaller front. The 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a plant floor.
Ideal applications
- Front of big tow carts crossing floor seams
- Cool true steer over dock plates on a tall front
- Big swivels that bridge what jolts a smaller wheel
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron wheel rolls it cooler where soft rubber gives.
