Set this 6-inch E-line swivel on a big tow cart that must park dead square at the dock, the total-lock TPR caster whose brake freezes the wheel and the swivel while a precision ball bearing steers cool over the breaks.

A total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head together, so a big towed cart holds square at the dock and cannot drift or rotate, and the precision ball bearing runs cool and true under the pull. The 6-inch diameter bridges dock plates and floor seams, the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.
