Set this 5-inch E-line swivel on a tow cart that must park dead square after a long pull, the total-lock TPR caster whose brake freezes the wheel and the swivel while a precision ball bearing steers cool over the route.

A total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head together, so a towed cart spotted at the end of a route holds square and cannot drift or rotate, and the precision ball bearing runs cool and true through the pull. The 5-inch diameter clears a thicker seam than a 4-inch, the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.

Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron caster runs it cooler where soft rubber gives way.
