Choose this 5-inch E-line swivel for the front of a long tow cart that pauses at a station, the wide-tread TPR caster whose tread lock stops the taller wheel while a precision ball bearing steers cool when released.

The swivel steers the cart, the tread lock clamps the wheel so the cart holds at a stop, and the precision ball bearing runs cool and true under the pull. The 5-inch diameter rolls the front over a longer run than a 4-inch, the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.
