About This Caster - ES5X2TPRB
Set this 5-inch E-line swivel on the front corners of a tow cart that steers long and straight, the wide-tread TPR caster whose precision ball bearing keeps the taller swivel rolling cool over distance.
The swivel steers the cart, the precision ball bearing runs cool and true through a long sustained pull, and the 5-inch diameter rolls the front over a longer run and a thicker seam than a 4-inch. The 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.
Ideal applications
- Front corners of long straight tow carts
- Cool true steer over distance on a taller swivel
- Thicker seams a 5-inch front bridges
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron wheel runs it cooler where rubber softens.
