A total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head together, so a big wash cart holds square on a wet slope and cannot creep or rotate, and the Delrin bearing has no grease to rinse out and no race to corrode. The 6-inch diameter bridges wet-floor drains that stop a smaller front, the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a sealed wet floor.
