About This Caster - ER6X2TPDD
Set this 6-inch rigid on the back corners of a wash-down quiet-area cart that crosses rougher floor, where the bearing has to run grease-free and a tall soft wheel stays silent over seams.
The wheel is Pemco's Thermo-Rubber donut tread on a polypropylene core: a soft grey thermoplastic rubber that rolls quiet, leaves no marks, and cushions floor seams and bumps the load would feel. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free and corrosion-proof, with no grease to wash out, so it suits wash-down lines, the tall 6-inch wheel rolls over seams and debris, and the rigid fork holds the line on a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
