About This Caster - ES6X2TPDDTBK

Set this 6-inch swivel on the steering corners of a heavy wash-down quiet-area cart that steers grease-free and then has to hold, where a maintenance-free bearing meets the brake under a tall soft wheel.

The wheel is Pemco's Thermo-Rubber donut tread on a polypropylene core: a soft grey thermoplastic rubber that rolls quiet, leaves no marks, and cushions floor seams. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free with no grease to wash out, the tall 6-inch wheel rolls over seams and debris, and the tread-lock brake presses on the wheel to hold the cart still while the swivel still turns. The 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate bolts to a flat deck.
